According to The Los Angeles Times on June 4th, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) is urgently investigating a shocking murder case involving the death of actor James Handy . The tragic incident occurred on the morning of June 3rd in a residential area of Tarzana, Los Angeles, California.
Law enforcement officials said that at approximately 9:30 a.m., officers patrolling the West Valley area received an emergency radio call requesting them to check on the house at 19200 Erwin Street. A voice on the other end identified itself as saying, "I am a human being. I just killed a criminal."
