Episode 10 of "Job Coordinates" aired on VTV with the theme "Event Organizing Profession ". The program featured director Hoang Cong Cuong and Miss Vietnam Ngoc Han.
During the program, when discussing the necessary qualities of an event organizer, director Hoang Cong Cuong emphasized: "The most important criteria for the event organizing profession are courage, resilience, and bravery. An indispensable part is the heart of the professional: living, dying, dedicating, and sacrificing oneself wholeheartedly to the profession one pursues, because this is a very demanding profession due to high pressure, intensity, and a large workload. If you don't love the profession, you can't do it, because I've seen many people quit halfway through because they couldn't handle the pressure."
